ARGONIT FRY DEGREASING TABLETS FOR FRYERS

WHAT IT IS FOR
Degreasing tablet for deep fryers, metal parts and
all metal surfaces with hot washing.
RECOMMENDED DOSAGE
3 tablets for small fryers (15 l).
4 tablets for large fryers (25 l).
USE
Drain all the oil from the fryer and add water to the maximum level. Turn on the fryer.
Boil the water. Place a tablet in the basket
and immerse the basket in the water. Leave to simmer for 20 minutes, then allow to cool.
For other utensils, place the tablet in very hot water, then immerse them in water. Leave for 20 minutes. Rinse with clean water and let dry
